Stop drinking milk. Stop dairy products. All of them. Wait for 5 weeks. And your acne will vanish.

This will ask you questions about what you would like out of your birth control and match you up with the one that would work best for you. https://www.plannedparenthood.org/all-access/my-method-26542.htm

The best suggestion I can make is get a Paragard - the reasons I got mine; *no hormones* (can't do regular birth control due to the synthetic hormones), is idiot proof (no pills, patches or rings to remember or forget) and it's good for up to 12 yrs. Also it's compatible with breastfeeding.
Paragard.com

Good luck.

~Pro-Choice Momma; Have had an abortion <no regrets> and I have a 16 month old daughter <no regrets>. I believe in protecting my daughter's choice.

The iPledge program requires two forms of birth control, if you are on accutane and are sexually active. So, you could use a condom and foam, or an IUD, etc, and not HAVE to be on the pill. Some dermatologists, however, feel better if you are on the pill, and won't give you a prescription unless you are; others are OK with the other methods mentioned above. If your dermatologist requires birth control pills, then you might want to call around your area to find one who is comfortable with your using the other methods.

One should typically wait til about mid-20's. Most MD's look for at least 3 yrs of stable vision. The eyes will continue to grow til usually mid to late teens. At infancy, the length of the eyeball is between 17-18 mm and the average adult eyeball is ~24 mm in length. Puberty is typically when the prescription of the eyes change the most. The person has a big growth spurt and grows many inches, the eye lengthens (grows too, but not by big #'s) and you become more nearsighted. Everyone's different, but most people stabilize in mid-20's. Thus, LASIK is best then.

Heads up though, you'll still need reading glasses in your 40's! Everyone does!

Go see your doctor. They can prescribe stuff for acne, and if you feel really down about your skin, you can ask for roaccutane (isotretinoin).

Sulaiman Habib's pharmacy on King Fahad Road has just about everything. All you have to do is ask for it or write it on paper and ask for alternatives as well.

p.s. You should not take meds without the advice of a doctor. You can make yourself sick that way.

You can eat before surgery you just can't drink alcohol the night before because it can dry out your eyes. You should have your lenses out for 7 days prior to surgery (soft lenses). Do not wear any cologne on day of surgery because smells can effect the laser. The clinic will thoroughly clean your eyelids and give you an antibiotic drop before surgery. Most clinics make you wear a surgical cap and booties to keep the operating room sterile. After surgery you can not watch tv, read or computers for 24 hours. You will have to wear protective sunglasses or goggles one week outside, 2 days inside and googles to bed for a week or eye shields. Showering with goggles for a week. I hope this answered your questions.
